Master Level Clinician (Therapist)
Position Summary:
We are hiring a Masters-Level Clinician to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families. The clinician will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide therapy to clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges in accordance with ethical and clinical best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations
- Create and implement person-centered treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based models
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations
- Respond to clients in crisis and coordinate care accordingly
- Comply with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and multicultural competency
- Experience with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance
- Bilingual a plus (but not required)
Work Environment:
- Typically works in outpatient settings, community mental health centers, schools, or via telehealth
- Flexible scheduling may include evenings and occasional weekends
- May involve exposure to clients in emotional distress or crisis
- May involve occasional travel for community-based sessions or home visits
