What You'll Do

As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a landscape maintenance crew and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every day.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating a landscape maintenance crew
• Managing daily routes and job assignments
• Ensuring quality standards are met on every property
• Training and developing crew members
• Operating trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment safely
• Communicating professionally with clients and supervisors
• Maintaining equipment and reporting repair needs
• Enforcing company safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor in landscape maintenance
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and accountable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to manage time and prioritize daily tasks
• Experience operating commercial landscape equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and commercial landscape equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Ability to work around heavy equipment and vehicles safely
• Excellent stamina and physical endurance
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
