- Greet clients and patients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and gather relevant patient information
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff regarding patient needs
- Ensure patient records are up-to-date, including vaccination status and medical history
- Fill prescriptions and food requests under veterinary guidance
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Preferred Qualifications- A genuine love for animals and commitment to their care
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Computer literacy and comfort with veterinary software (preferred but not required)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
