With our rapid growth, we are looking for a select few to mentor and bring into our Results Family to teach a leading skill set and knowledge to those who would like to create a successful career in roofing and construction sales industry.

Business development Sales mentorship includes:

-One on one coaching with assigned team leader, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.

-Multiple team building destination trips, used to grow as a team and individually.

-In-house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand.

-Social media coaching and guidance.

-Relationship cultivation with the top industry leaders in the area.

Required qualities:

- No Sales experience necessary willing to train

- Coachable and unwillingness to settle for mediocrity.

- Self-Motivated & stand alone

- Organized and task oriented

- Honest and has a high level of integrity

- Be a problem solver not a problem starter

- Personable & comfortable initiating conversation with new people

- Team player with tremendous work ethic

- Ability to cultivate a positive team culture both in and out of the office
