The Dough Shed Pizzeria is looking for dependable, hardworking team members who are ready to take the next step into leadership. This is a hands-on role where youll help keep the shift running smoothly, support the team, and make sure our guests have a great experience. For the right person, this position has a clear path into a long-term leadership role. This role includes a training period where youll learn all areas of the restaurant and take on more responsibility as you grow into the position. What Youll Do:
- Help lead afternoon and evening shifts
- Keep the team moving and on task during busy times
- Support key areas like ovens, register, and buffet flow
- Help maintain a clean, organized restaurant
- Step in to solve small issues and keep things running smoothly
- Work alongside the team (this is a hands-on role, not a sit-back position)
- Reliable and shows up when scheduled
- Positive attitude and works well with others
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to take initiative and help lead by example
- Open to learning and taking on more responsibility over time
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- Weekends required
- Closing shifts will be part of this role
