You'll speak daily with agents, gather property information, structure win-win offers with speed and clarity, and negotiate deals from first contact through closing. Your ability

to build trust and close deals will directly impact our acquisition pipeline.

Required Skills:

Technical Requirements: You must have a reliable phone, computer (8GB+ RAM), stable internet (30+ Mbps), and a quiet workspace with quality audio. You'll work full-time during U.S. business hours and need comfort with CRM systems (GoHighLevel), collaboration tools (Trello, Google Sheets, custom dashboards), and underwriting support systems.

Your Responsibilities:

Your primary role is to convert inbound agent conversations into contracts. You'll qualify deals by uncovering seller motivation, run comps with support from our team, make verbal offers and negotiate effectively, and run follow-up campaigns using our systemized process. You'll coordinate walkthroughs and offer finalization, stay in communication with Dispositions and Transaction Coordinator post-assignment, and maintain clean notes and updates in our CRM. This is not a cold calling role; you'll be responding to agents who bring opportunities to us.

This Role Is NOT For You If:

You're looking for a traditional 9-5 with no performance accountability, you're uncomfortable making phone calls or handling rejection, you expect to close every lead on the first try, you don't believe in following a script or system, or you don't want to work directly with agents or real estate professionals.
