**Qualifications:** - Around 20 years of experience in HVAC system design, specifically in commercial settings.- Proven background working in an MEP engineering office with architectural clients.
- Expertise in designing and constructing hydronic and building automation systems.
- Hospital and healthcare project experience is a valuable advantage.
- Competency with AutoCAD and Revit is essential; knowledge of Trace 700 is a plus.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and perform site inspections.
- Demonstrated history of long-term engagements with previous employers.
