Being our Catering Lead requires you to be an outgoing, self-motivated and extremely coach-able individual. The Catering Lead is responsible for coordinating and flawlessly executing each step of the catering orders. Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to easily establish rapport with a diverse range of people. The Catering Lead serves as a Supervisor of the Catering Team and reports to the Senior Leadership team.

Pay Type: $19+/hour depending on experience

Position Type: Full-Time, 35+ hours per week, must have Open Availability
Morning shifts, afternoon and evening shifts required. Monday through Saturday.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Organizes Chick-fil-A’s catering program and oversees fulfillment, delivery, and execution of catering orders
Thoroughly checks catering orders before they leave the restaurant
Calls to confirm orders
Follows up with customers to inquire about their experience
Provides flexible availability to deliver orders to locations as needed
Assists in the kitchen to prepare large orders
Assists with deliveries
Trusted to exemplify the service and hospitality behaviors known to be true of Chick-fil-A
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a background in catering or food service
May be required to provide motor vehicle history from the DMV
Must have valid auto insurance
Must have experience working in corporate/professional environments
Must be an excellent communicator in varying guest environments
Must exhibit consistent professional behavior
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40lbs
Proven ability to display high levels of professionalism, honor, dignity, and respect
Must have open availability Monday through Saturday
