The Role

You're the senior leader on the production side of the business. Eighteen crews roll out of our yard every morning — you own what happens from the 6:30 dispatch to the last truck back. You'll run your own operation at the highest standard while raising the bar for every Production Manager and crew leader under you. When we open our next branch, the playbook you build is the one it runs on.

A Day in This Seat

• 6:30 AM — You run dispatch. Attendance, equipment checks, route sheets, the morning stretch. Every crew out of the yard within 15 minutes of clocking in. You're at the gate for the final safety check as they roll.
• Mid-day — You're on properties. Walking jobs, coaching crew leaders, checking labor hours against plan, catching quality issues before the client ever sees them. You'll pull some weeds while you're there — servant leadership is real here.
• Afternoon — Crews return, you debrief every foreman, close the day in Aspire, and set tomorrow's plan. You go home prepared, and so does everyone under you.

What You'll Own

• The production number — labor efficiency at or above 100% of budget, across every crew, every week
• People development — measured by how many crew leaders and PMs you advance, not how many routes you run
• The LLG standard — safety, quality, and equipment care, enforced without exceptions
• The data — production planning, job costing, and dashboards in Aspire. You run your business from the numbers, not from memory

Who You Are

• 7+ years in commercial landscape production, including 3+ years leading multiple crews or other managers — you've run production at scale and you know your numbers cold
• Aspire proficient — schedules, work tickets, job costing, dashboards. Day one, you sit down and drive
• An AI operator — you already use AI to plan routes, analyze labor data, draft SOPs, and solve problems faster. We're building the most technologically sharp production team in the Carolinas, and you'll lead that
• A leader crews respect — you coach hard, hold the standard, and work alongside your people
• A planner — you see the month, the week, and the day before problems find you
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Valid driver's license with a clean record required

Pay & Perks

• $75,000–$95,000 base, depending on experience
• Performance bonus tied to labor efficiency and retention — hit your numbers, get paid for it
