Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Python, and React.js to design and deliver scalable, high-performing applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of development, including backend services, frontend UI, APIs, integration, and deployment in cloud-native environments.

As part of the hiring process, candidates will be required to complete a HackerRank coding test covering Java, Python, and React to demonstrate technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development
  

  • Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) .
    

  • Implement microservices architecture for scalable enterprise applications.
    

  • Write efficient, reusable, and testable backend code.
    

• Frontend Development
  

  • Build responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly web applications using React.js (with Redux/Context).
    

  • Implement modern UI/UX best practices, reusable components, and state management.
    

  • Integrate frontend with backend services and APIs.
    

• Database & Integration
  

  • Work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
    

  • Optimize queries and ensure efficient data modeling.
    

  • Integrate backend services with external systems, APIs, and third-party tools.
    

• DevOps & Deployment
  

  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions .
    

  • Deploy applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
    

  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues with observability tools.
    

• Collaboration & Best Practices
  

  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
    

  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
    

  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
    

  • Maintain documentation for code, design, and deployments.
    

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years as a Full Stack Developer , with proven expertise in Java, Python, and React.js .
  

• Backend Skills:
  

  • Strong in Java (8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices) .
    

  • Proficient in Python frameworks (Flask, Django, or FastAPI).
    

• Frontend Skills:
  

  • Advanced knowledge of React.js, Redux/Context, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript .
    

• Databases: Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) .
  

• DevOps & Cloud: Experience with CI/CD pipelines , Docker, Kubernetes , and cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ).
  

• Testing: Hands-on with JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Cypress, or Selenium .
  

• Soft Skills:
  

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL, Kafka/RabbitMQ , and event-driven architectures.
  

• Familiarity with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
