As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Lewiston Woodville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, caring, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all individuals at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a food and beverage environment.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, entrances, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or delivery activity, and support site rules related to employee, contractor, and vehicle entry.
• Observe surroundings and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, spills, and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel in line with site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
