What You’ll Do:

• Welcome prospective residents and help them find their ideal home through tours, consultations, and lease processing.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and contribute to a welcoming, service-focused community.
• Assist with marketing efforts and resident engagement events.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing applications, updating availability, preparing leases, and managing inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in and follow up on any resident concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service or sales experience (prior leasing experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Availability to work rotating weekends.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
