Accountant Sales Audit & ERP Transition
Our client is seeking experienced Accountants to support the transition to a new Sales Accounting Application. This role is highly collaborative and project‑focused, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting sales audit processes, and contributing to smooth system migration.

Requirements:
- Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze, validate, and reconcile data.
- Assist with cross‑training and team ramp‑up during the transition period.
- Support sales audit processes, including settlements and reconciliations.
- Support the go‑live of a new Sales Accounting Application scheduled for late March.
- Perform manual corrections, reconciliations, and matching activities in the legacy system.
- Contribute to a seamless migration from old to new systems, ensuring operational continuity.
Qualifications/Must-Haves:
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access.
- Understanding of basic GAAP concepts and financial controls.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions for data analysis.
- Experience with order‑to‑cash processes; retail experience is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax (public or private)
- Hands‑on experience with reconciliations and accounting processes in large organizations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
