Trainer Sales Associate

Compensation

$13–$14/hour + commission
Average commission ranges $100–$600/month , with uncapped potential based on performance.

Position Overview

As a Trainer Sales Associate (TSA) , you’ll be the face and voice of our studio. This role blends sales, customer service, outreach, and studio operations . You’ll engage leads, guide prospects through the studio experience, and help members achieve their fitness goals—all while contributing to a clean, welcoming, and high-performing environment.

Schedule: 20–35 hours per week
Availability Requirement: Must be available to work every Saturday

Staffed Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 11:00am–8:00pm

  • Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm

  • Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm

Bonus if you have:

  • Previous sales, retail, fitness, or hospitality experience

  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Outreach

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads generated by our CRM

  • Convert leads into booked sessions and memberships

  • Give engaging studio tours and explain the benefits of infrared fitness

  • Present membership options, retail packages, and promotions

  • Confidently handle objections and close sales with integrity

  • Encourage referrals and promote guest passes

Member Experience

  • Deliver an exceptional first impression and ongoing member support

  • Ensure members follow sauna safety protocols

  • Respond quickly and professionally to member needs or concerns

Studio Operations

  • Open and close the studio following standard procedures

  • Maintain a spotless, welcoming studio environment

  • Restock supplies and remove trash as needed

  • Assist with events, challenges, and promotions

  • Support social media engagement (posts, comments, messages, DMs)

  • Communicate clearly with management and teammates

  • Respond appropriately in emergencies and report incidents

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1–2 years in a customer-facing or sales-driven role preferred

  • Comfortable with phone outreach and in-person sales conversations

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting
