Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Capital Crossing. As the second-in-command to the Owner/Operator, the Executive Director plays a vital role in overseeing the entire restaurant operation. This position is ideal for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with one of the most respected brands in the restaurant industry. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity designed to develop and refine your skills while offering a clear path for professional advancement. You will be empowered to make decisions that impact every area of the business as if you were the franchise owner.
Your Impact
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring excellence in food safety, customer service, speed, and hospitality
- Lead and develop the restaurant’s leadership team across the Front of House, Back of House, and Administrative departments
- Manage and inspire a team of 100+ team members, driving alignment with core values and operational goals
- Build a high-performance culture by coaching leaders, holding teams accountable, and providing clear direction
- Promote food safety and workplace safety through consistent systems and team training
- Drive profitability by identifying operational inefficiencies, reducing waste, and supporting strategic growth initiatives
- Foster a healthy team culture by addressing performance and interpersonal issues directly, using established coaching frameworks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads, contributing to high-level planning, team meetings, and long-term goal setting
Background Profile
- 2-3 years of previous Chick-fil-A Leadership experience OR 5+ years of high-level restaurant management without Chick-fil-A experience (required)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Hospitality experience (highly preferred)
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
- Desire for a long-term career within Chick-fil-A
