This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NC

Your role and responsibilities:

• Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines.
• Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.
• Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications for the role:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge and use of tools - tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.
• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
• Handle materials that may produce dust, fumes, or vapors requiring respiratory protection.
• Wear and maintain assigned personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and masks.
• Participate in fit testing and medical evaluations as required for respirator use.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
