Manufacturing Administrative Assistant

salary: $19 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Manages front office at a small manufacturing facility including general administrative tasks, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, manages office supplies, supports HR/production with data entry (like shipment tracking, order processing, inventory updates) using computer systems, maintains files, and assists with scheduling and basic bookkeeping, ensuring smooth communication between the front office and production floor in a manufacturing environment.

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Quickbooks
• In-Person Administrative experience
