Manufacturing Administrative Assistant
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Manages front office at a small manufacturing facility including general administrative tasks, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, manages office supplies, supports HR/production with data entry (like shipment tracking, order processing, inventory updates) using computer systems, maintains files, and assists with scheduling and basic bookkeeping, ensuring smooth communication between the front office and production floor in a manufacturing environment. MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Quickbooks
- In-Person Administrative experience
- Answering Phones
- Administrative Duties (4 years of experience is required)
- Microsoft Office (4 years of experience is required)
- QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)
- Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)
- Accounts Receivable (1 year of experience is required)
- Years of experience: 3 years
- Experience level: Entry Level
