What You’ll Do

As an Enhancement Team Member, you will:

• Install trees, shrubs, and plant material
• Install mulch, pine needles, and seasonal color
• Assist with grading and drainage improvements
• Support hardscape installs (pavers, stone, retaining walls)
• Assist with irrigation installs and upgrades
• Operate equipment safely (skid steers, mini-excavators, compactors)
• Leave job sites clean and professional every day

You will help transform properties — not just maintain them.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Able to dig, grade, rake, and operate equipment
• Able to handle full, active workdays
