Junior Marketing & Outreach Representative (B2B)

With only 4% of the population currently utilizing Neobanking, our mission is to move that needle to the majority. We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Outreach Representative to act as the vital bridge between our high-level marketing theory and real-world execution.
This is a foundational role for someone who wants to master the mechanics of professional brand awareness and territory accountability.

The Impact You’ll Make
In this role, you are the primary engine behind our GTM strategies. Your focus will be on Professional Consistency and Real-Time Market Feedback:
- Representing the Mission: Acting as the professional face of our partners through high-impact, face-to-face interactions that move the needle on Neobank adoption.
- Launching Campaigns: Executing live marketing outreach campaigns in professional environments, ensuring that the brand’s message is delivered with total clarity.
- Gathering Market Intelligence: Reporting real-time customer feedback to help our team refine GTM strategies and better reach the 96% of the population still using old-school banking.
- Mastering the CRM: Supporting customer acquisition and lead generation efforts using professional reporting systems to track your impact and growth.
