Compensation Range: $70-80/hr on W2 ONLY (no c2c)
Converting FTE Salary: $110-140k

Job Description:
Lead cross-functional product efforts at the intersection of business strategy and engineering execution to support modern financial services platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation and execution of the product roadmap

• Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders

• Define and manage OKRs aligned with broader business goals

• Lead product lifecycle: themes, epics, user stories, backlog, and release plans

• Present product performance insights to executives using KPIs

• Ensure strategic alignment across teams and manage delivery risk

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Background in engineering or strong technical collaboration experience

  • Strong experience in product management and strategic planning

  • Expertise in creating and maintaining product roadmaps

  • Solid understanding of financial systems or services

  • 5 years of experience in tech-driven product organizations

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in consumer finance or auto finance

  • Exposure to pricing, decision models, and acquisition integration
