Part Time Breakfast Host

What will I be doing?

As a Breakfast Host, you will greet and deliver excellent Guest and Member experience. A Breakfast Host will also be required to maintain a clean, sanitized working area and follow the local Heath Department Guidelines. We prefer the Breakfast Host to be Serv-safe certified, but not required at time of hire. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Maintaining a clean, sanitized work area at all times
• Display and serve food and beverage items to follow the CDC Guidelines
• Wash and store dishes
• Unpack Food Orders, properly date and store in it's designated area
• Dispose of food, waste and recycling accordingly
• Clean tables, sweep, vacuum and mop your department
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Be environmentally aware
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
