Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Follow 15/5 rule, make eye contact and smile at 15 feet, greet guest within 5 feet, to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean service area, clean tables and chairs, floors, and equipment.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverage and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
Job Requirements:
- Be self motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 40lbs
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must
- Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills
