At McLeod Centers for Wellbeing, our mission is to build a foundation of healing and hope through equity, education, and evidence-based care. We are currently seeking a Program Manager for our Mobile Clinic to provide leadership, operational oversight, and support to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality behavioral health services (by bringing recovery to the communities that need it most).
Position Summary As part of that commitment, we are expanding access to care through a mobile treatment unit that delivers services directly where they are needed most. The Program Manager in this role will oversee the daily operations of the mobile unit, coordinating service schedules, supporting outreach and community partnerships, and ensuring the multidisciplinary team is equipped to deliver high-quality care in community settings. This position also includes safely operating the mobile treatment unit to service locations and ensuring the unit is prepared for service delivery, helping bring compassionate, evidence-based treatment directly to individuals who may otherwise face barriers to care.

- Lead onboarding and engagement efforts to support successful employee integration.
- Provide clear expectations, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Coordinate services to support a multidisciplinary approach to care.
- Partner with Compliance to ensure adherence to documentation standards, policies, and regulations
- Monitor and manage resources within budgetary guidelines.
- Assist in setting program goals, tracking outcomes, and driving continuous improvement.
- Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to support a positive team environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
- Problem Solving: Effectively analyze and resolve complex or sensitive issues
- Interpersonal Skills: Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional awareness
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Quality Management: Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in EHR systems
- Ethics: Uphold organizational values and treat all individuals with respect
- Judgment: Demonstrate sound decision-making and collaboration
- Planning & Organization: Manage priorities and time efficiently
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience
- Licensure/Certification (Preferred):
- CADC, LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCAS (may be required based on program needs)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Direct supervision of clinical staff within the outpatient program
This position operates in a professional office setting with regular interaction with staff, clients, families, and community partners. Responsibilities include desk work, walking, and frequent use of the phone and computer systems. Occasional travel may be required. Hybrid flexibility is available.
McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and compliant work environment across all locations.
Bilingual applicants will receive an additional five percent (5%) pay differential, subject to verification of language proficiency.
