DISTRICT SALES MANAGER

A leading manufacturer in the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) industry is expanding its sales footprint in the Southeastern U.S. and is seeking a District Sales Manager to support this growth across North Carolina and South Carolina . This is a remote position with travel and offers a significant opportunity for someone already established in PEMB sales with a strong Builder/Customer network and a track record of delivering results.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow sales of pre-engineered metal building systems in an assigned territory

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Builders, General Contractors, Erectors, and Developers

• Review project specs, recommend solutions, and ensure timely and accurate quoting

• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and marketing teams to define project needs

• Provide sketches, technical information, and detailed purchase orders for project processing

• Stay current in company systems to forecast and report monthly and quarterly sales activity

• Recruit new builder accounts and deliver exceptional service to existing clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Must currently reside in North Carolina or South Carolina

• 5+ years of experience in PEMB sales with a metal building manufacturer

• Existing customer base and strong presence in the local market

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

• Strong technical knowledge of PEMB systems and construction processes

• Experience with CRM tools and estimating platforms (MBS knowledge is a plus)

• Energetic and driven with a positive, team-oriented mindset

• Data-driven approach to market analysis and territory planning
