Key Responsibilities
Operational / Core Accounting
- Prepare and post journal entries (recurring and non-recurring)
- Perform monthly bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
- Maintain accurate general ledger records in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Assist with audit support and documentation requests
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare standard financial reports and schedules
- Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies
- Support fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid expense accounting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- 1–3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
