Join H & H COLLISION LLC as an Auto Body Technician in Clayton, NC, where you will play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Be part of a dynamic team that values craftsmanship and excellence in auto body repair. Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality auto body repairs and refinishing on various vehicle makes and models.
- Inspect vehicles for structural damage and assess repair needs.
- Utilize advanced tools and techniques to repair and replace damaged parts.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in auto body repair preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto body repair or related field.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in the auto repair industry.
H&H Collision is a well established independent body shop of 40+ years in Clayton NC. We have generations of clients that we service. We are looking to hire 1 body technician that can turn 75-100 hrs. We offer: Heated and air conditioned shop. Paid vacations. Modern equipment. Paid holidays. Weekly bonus program. 20-25 hr flat rate based on experience. Leave early on Friday. Non DRP shop. We are located an hour and a half from the beach, and 4 hours from the mountains.
