Your New Role

As an H.V.A.C. Commercial & Residential Service Technician in Wilmington, NC, and surrounding areas, you’ll be responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system failures

• Replacing and installing components for residential & commercial units

• Reading and interpreting blueprints & technical diagrams

• Operating hand and power tools safely

• Ensuring compliance with OSHA & EPA regulations

• Providing top-tier customer service, including upselling products when needed

• Working on various job sites, including residential buildings, schools, hospitals, and retail locations

• 1-2 years of HVAC experience (residential and/or commercial)

• OSHA 10 & EPA certification (or ability to obtain)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong troubleshooting skills & ability to work independently

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (no more than 2 moving violations)
