POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Dispute Resolution Analyst is responsible for investigating, resolving, and responding to consumer disputes in accordance with company requirements and correcting inaccurate account information identified through the dispute process.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Investigate and resolve verbal and written disputes in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes
  • Investigate and respond to ACDV disputes received through e-Oscar in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Access client's system and obtain necessary account verification documents to assist with dispute resolution
  • Analyze client account verification documents and identify discrepancies
  • Respond to consumer disputes and enclose account verification documents, when applicable
  • Promptly research and correct account inaccuracies identified through the dispute process
  • Ensure all process and procedure documentation are kept current.
  • Client Services Representatives must adhere to and be compliant with FDCPA, FCRA, FACTA, Regulation E, HIPAA, TCPA and other applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Abide by all policies as outlined within the company handbook.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in collections, or a call center preferred.
  • Ability to represent the organization to clients with exceptional professionalism
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services.
  • Ability to multitask and work with various computer systems both internal and external.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and work well with peers, superiors, and subordinates.
  • Ability to deescalate and resolve conflicts
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes with ease.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
