Manager - Overhead Crane Installer
Journeyman – Overhead Crane Installation and Service
We're looking for a Working Supervisor to lead our Overhead Crane Installation team and support complex service projects . You'll be on the job site, working alongside your crew, ensuring installs and repairs are done right, safely, and on schedule.
This is not a desk job.
What You'll Do

Lead and work with the crane installation crew
-
Install new overhead crane systems
-
Perform complex service work as needed
-
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues

Assign work, manage schedules, and keep jobs moving

Enforce OSHA & CMAA safety standards
-
Own quality and results
Travel
-
5–6 overnight travel days per month (average)
What Were Looking For
-
Overhead crane installation and service experience
-
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
-
Lead or supervisor experience (formal title not required)
-
Can read prints, schematics, and layouts
-
Safety-first, no corner-cutting
