Pella, an innovative, dynamic, FAST GROWING company, is now looking for Class A and Class B CDL Drivers to service our customers in North Carolina. Pella provides a fast paced, fun, and respectful work environment.

The Delivery Driver will ensure that the customer’s product is safely delivered on time and in excellent condition while providing superior customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will deliver windows, doors, and other items as part of a 2-man team.
• Ensure that orders are loaded safely and in a manner that will prevent damage in transit
• Drive truck over established route to deliver Pella product to jobsites and service storage warehouses
• Perform daily inspection of assigned company vehicle and document in accordance with DOT requirements
• Ensuring our Pella customers satisfaction
• Typical Hours: Around 8-12 hours each day

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to drive a speed flip switch Manual Transmission
• A clean driving record is REQUIRED
• Must be dependable, neat in appearance, a good listener, and personable with good communication skills for direct customer contact.
• Must be able to lift/move heavy loads (100+ lbs.) for customer deliveries throughout the day.
• Must be able to comply with the DOT hours of service regulations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year of experience as a Delivery Driver in a similar position preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• A CDL “A or B” license, with air brake endorsements, is required.
• Current Health Card as required by DOT
