Warehouse Lead

Are you a proven warehouse professional looking to take the next step in your operational leadership career? We are hiring an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our fast-paced operations team in Charlotte, NC.

In this role, you will work directly alongside the Warehouse Manager to drive daily operational excellence, supervise staff, maintain inventory precision, and enforce strict workplace safety standards. You will play a pivotal part in streamlining workflow planning, allocating labor, and managing daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping schedules

salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking,
packing, and shipping
• Supervise and support warehouse associates; assist with scheduling, training, and
performance coaching
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and documentation
• Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations
• Support workflow planning and labor allocation to meet productivity targets
• Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance as necessary
• Resolve order discrepancies, damages, and operational issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, productivity, and staffing
• Act as Warehouse Manager in their absence when required

The essential functions of this role include:
