Manager Trainee
Responsibilities - Customer Service Excellence: Learn to provide outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Gain hands-on experience in tackling operational challenges and optimizing processes.
- Leadership Development: Work closely with experienced team members to develop leadership qualities for future team management.
- Supervision: Learn team supervision fundamentals, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Dry Cleaning Expertise: Receive comprehensive training in all aspects of our business, from garment care to equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership traits and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is a plus but not required.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
Compensation
Salary: Starting at $44,000. Promotion to Store Manager includes monthly bonus potential.
