Data Analyst
Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Data Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, requirements, and data needs
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Translate complex data findings into simple, insightful narratives and visuals for non-technical audiences
- Develop and maintain data models, metrics, and KPIs used across the business
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business questions, initiatives, and performance tracking
- Ensure data accuracy and quality by validating datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams as needed
- Provide ongoing support and training for end users of reports and dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools- Power BI
- Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business reporting best practices
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Python
