2nd Shift CNC Supervisor
- Supervision: Lead daily operations, including setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Mentorship: Train and develop CNC machinists to ensure peak performance.
- Safety & 5S: Maintain an organized, safe workplace aligned with 5S initiatives.
- Efficiency: Monitor schedules and implement process improvements to reduce waste.
- Experience: 5+ years of CNC machining (milling/turning) with 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
- Technical: Proficient in blueprint reading, G-code, and precision measuring tools.
- Physical: Ability to walk the factory floor for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

education: High School Responsibilities Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities This position requires the following essential knowledge, skills and abilities in order to satisfactorily fulfill the role:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in machining or manufacturing preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools,
- strong understanding of machining operations including milling and turning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard manufacturing software tools.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with CNC programming (e.g., G-code, Mastercam, etc.).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking software.
- Knowledge of ISO or other quality management systems.
