Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Responsibilities
- Verify and document incoming materials at the dock, including shipment condition, paperwork, exceptions, COA checks, visual/physical measurements, and accurate ERP goods‑receipt transactions.
- Support the review and disposition of non‑compliant raw materials to ensure proper handling and documentation.
- Coordinate shipping activities by providing order information, preparing accurate shipping documents, obtaining domestic and international freight quotes, scheduling trucking, and tracing shipments.
- Generate required daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including OTIF and other assigned metrics.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support receiving, shipping, and logistics operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Associates degree in related field preferred.
- Warehouse or Logistics experience required.
- Prior experience in an administrative role within a shipping/receiving/logistics department is strongly preferred.
