Regional Office & Programs Supervisor – Full-Time (Salaried)

Compensation: $36,000 annually salary + performance bonuses

Location: Based in Elizabethtown, NC (occasional travel across Bladen, Robeson, Columbus, Sampson, and surrounding counties).

The Ship Group Behavioral Health & Community Services (TSGBH) is a licensed provider dedicated to helping individuals and families access services that promote stability, recovery, and community wellness. As we expand into southeastern North Carolina, we are seeking a Regional Office & Programs Supervisor to serve as the go-to leader for our Elizabethtown office and surrounding counties.


This is a full-time, salaried leadership role for someone dependable, motivated, and invested in helping us expand programs, maintain compliance, protect our brand, and strengthen our visibility across the region.


Role Overview:
The Regional Office & Programs Supervisor is responsible for tracking goals and metrics, managing multiple tasks, and balancing a wide range of responsibilities to ensure our programs run smoothly and grow successfully. This role combines leadership, accountability, and problem-solving with hands-on community engagement.


You will:

• Oversee daily office operations in Elizabethtown, ensuring compliance, readiness, and smooth workflows.
• Track program goals, metrics, and outcomes to make sure expectations are met and progress is reported.
• Manage multiple responsibilities — from administration and compliance to client services and community partnerships.
• Provide in-person support when needed, including client visits, follow-ups, and service coordination.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, staff, and referral partners across multiple counties.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with DSS, courts, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Ensure accountability standards are met by explaining expectations clearly and following up with staff and programs.
• Drive program expansion including transitional housing, SAIOP, workshops, and other community-based initiatives.
• Protect the TSGBH brand and visibility by representing the agency professionally in the community.
• Act as a problem solver for clients, staff, and partners, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively.

Schedule:

• Full-time salaried role (~40 hours/week).
• Regular office hours in Elizabethtown, with flexibility for after-hours events or urgent community needs.
• Mileage reimbursement for out-of-county travel.
