🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our advanced production systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and repairing high-speed fillers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and water filtration systems.
• Leading preventative maintenance efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems—including 3-phase and 480v motors.
• Supporting production line changeovers and equipment installations.
• Training operators and junior technicians on equipment use and maintenance.
• Coordinating with contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and repairs.
• Keeping maintenance areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

🛠️ What You Bring

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong skills in electrical systems , mechanical repairs , hydraulics , pneumatics , and PLC troubleshooting .
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• A personal set of tools suitable for industrial maintenance tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate the facility safely.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software for documentation.
• Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to Concord, NC.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, NC.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
