Closing Sanitation & Dishwashing Team Member

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• 2:30 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (estimated, depending on closing needs)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in a vital cleaning and dishwashing role. This position ensures our restaurant remains safe, clean, and ready to serve our guests with excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and is dependable for closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash bins throughout the restaurant as needed during the shift; take trash to dumpsters.
• Sweep kitchen, front of house, dining room, restrooms, foyers, and storage areas regularly.
• Mop the entire restaurant during and at the end of the shift.
• Scrub floors with a deck brush and complete deep-cleaning projects (detailing equipment, wiping walls, scrubbing baseboards, ceiling tiles, etc.).
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware, especially after the dinner rush until closing.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist leadership with additional cleaning and maintenance projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work scheduled closing shifts (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable being on your feet for the entire shift.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and with a team.
