ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2020 and has grown into a close-knit, family-oriented team of two. Before opening the agency, I spent two years as an aspirant team member and five years in corporate marketing, which gave me valuable experience in both business strategy and customer connection.

I live in Tobaccoville with my husband, who works at RJ Reynolds, and our two young boys, Carson and Jax. We have a home full of life (from kids to chickens), and I bring that same energy and warmth into the office every day. I grew up on a farm in Burlington, spent years showing horses, and have always loved the outdoors and animals, which helps keep me grounded and connected to the community I serve.

We love giving back to the community and look for ways to stay involved throughout the year. Our office culture is family-first, supportive, and full of personality. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rachel Abbott - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
