Recall Coordinator
- Contact patients who have fallen out of care to return to Bethany Medical.
- Discusses treatment history/plan with patients and answer questions and concerns.
- Maintains an accurate log of call activity, including initial and follow-up calls, appointments scheduled, booked production, call outcomes, and reasons for non-engagement.
- Works closely with the offices to ensure patients are scheduled according to office guidelines.
- Notify office staff of special appointments made, including VIP patient appointments.
- Process and distribute weekly recall error reports to Dept. Heads and guide inputting recall dates as needed.
- Communicate regularly with management and staff.
- Confirm and update all customer information and appointment notes in the system database.
- Meet the minimum quota of outbound calls per day.
- Creates an environment that promotes Bethany Medical.
- High School diploma or equivalent
