Lead a High-Performance, GxP-Regulated Warehouse Operation

We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced, regulated distribution environment in Apex, NC. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational readiness, scaling warehouse performance, and building a strong, accountable, and people-focused team culture.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader with deep experience in warehouse management, strong knowledge of GxP/GMP environments, and a proven track record of leading teams through growth, complexity, and change.

This role requires both operational excellence and strong leadership presence — someone who builds trust, develops people, and consistently delivers results in a regulated environment.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

You will own and lead warehouse operations while driving both tactical execution and long-term operational strategy, including ramp-up and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution activities
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing warehouse operations team
• Drive operational ramp-up strategy and execution in a high-growth environment
• Manage daily production plans to exceed expectations for productivity, accuracy, and quality
• Ensure all materials are handled in compliance with cGMP, GDP, and internal quality standards
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure environmental, health, and safety requirements are met
• Identify, assess, and resolve operational risks impacting product safety, quality, or compliance
• Ensure all GMP activities are properly trained, executed, and documented per procedures
• Manage non-conformances, deviations, and CAPAs in coordination with Quality
• Support and participate in regulatory audits and inspections
• Ensure full adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) for reporting, metrics, and operational analysis

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees in high-volume environments
• Strong background in regulated environments (Pharma, Life Sciences, or GxP/GMP operations strongly preferred)
• Hands-on SAP experience (inventory control, reporting, and operational execution)
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and distribution best practices
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• CSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar certifications
• Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, or advanced material handling systems
• Experience supporting or leading warehouse management system implementations or digital transformation initiatives
