What you'll do:
Prepare seafood dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
Cook food in a timely manner to ensure efficient service.
Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
Work with the team to create a fun and professional environment.
What we need:
Experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
A team player who thrives in a busy environment.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
