KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP SuccessFactors implementations for global clients, from pre-sales, scoping, and requirements gathering through design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client HR and IT leadership, guiding them through complex HR digital transformations and ensuring the technology stack enables their future-state business processes.
- Create and own the architectural blueprints, data models, and solution designs tailored to diverse client environments, with a primary focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and S/4HANA integrations.
- Define comprehensive integration strategies using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Integration (CPI), and modern integration patterns to ensure seamless data flow across the client's enterprise landscape.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals (RFPs), conducting solution demonstrations, estimating effort, and helping scope new client engagements.
- Design comprehensive Role-Based Permissions (RBP) frameworks tailored to client-specific data privacy, GDPR, and SOX compliance requirements.
- Provide technical governance and mentorship to internal consulting teams, offshore delivery centers, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with SAP's "Clean Core" principles and best practices.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT/HRIS, with at least 3-5 years specifically in professional services, Big 4, or external client-facing consulting role.
- Proven track record of leading multiple full lifecycle, end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations for large-scale, global organizations.
- Deep, hands-on implementation and configuration expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and robust architectural knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Payroll and its integration to Finance (FI/CO).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of agile implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate), DevSecOps principles, and product-centric delivery practices. Expert-level understanding of HR data models, security frameworks, integration patterns, and compliance standards.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required by engagement needs.
