Shift: Friday Nights- 8pm-8:30am, Sunday Nights- 8pm-8:30am Summary: Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care. FBC is a 24-hour Residential Service, open 365 days a year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision and monitoring of each consumer. Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills.
- Document any reported or observed symptoms of consumers and report to the team.
- Participate in Shift Report
- Provide transportation
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
