Procore Project Administrator

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a leading construction company that’s seeking a construction efficiency champion. This role will leverage Procore to streamline project management and drive significant improvements. This client specializes in commercial construction and is located in the Raleigh, NC area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact the company’s success.

In this on-site role, you’ll collaborate with project teams, identify process improvements, and ensure seamless integration with accounting software. Responsibilities:

• **Proficiency in Procore is a must**
• Collaborate with project teams and the Contract Administrator to optimize workflows, and manage project setup (including subcontractor scheduling and initial data entry)
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members on Procore functionalities.
• Maintain accurate project data and ensure seamless integration with Viewpoint Vista for financial management.
• Identify and implement process improvements within Procore, including developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in establishing workflows for Procore usage within the construction division.
• Assist with setting up test projects and test change orders for training purposes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in construction project coordination or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience using Procore, particularly the contract and financial modules.
• Strong understanding of construction industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and provide expert support to project managers, accountants, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline Procore workflows.
• Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning to ensure you stay at the forefront of Procore functionalities and drive team improvement.
• Experience with Viewpoint Vista integration for seamless data integration (is a plus).
