• Location: Wendell, North Carolina
• Shift: 3rd shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30AM (ET)
• Compensation: $24.79/hour + $1.50 shift differential
• Training: Start on 1st shift at the manager’s discretion before transitioning to 3rd
• Primary equipment: Press Brake (Trumpf)

Your responsibilities

• Set up and run a Trumpf press brake to bend steel, aluminum, galvanized, and copper parts per engineering drawings and ISO/work standards.
• Load and execute offline bending programs; choose and change tooling to achieve precise results.
• Partner with a Group Lead/Supervisor; follow operating instructions, production sequences, and quality/safety documentation.
• Complete confirmations in our manufacturing data management system and maintain organized, safe work areas.
• Interpret 2D/3D blueprints; apply shop math to calculate bend allowances, deductions, and tonnage requirements.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year in press brake setup/operations with experience selecting/changing tooling.
• Strong knowledge of flat pattern layout and forming physics; independent problem solver.
• Comfort with digital literacy, mechanical/measuring tools, and blueprint reading (2D/3D).
• English language proficiency; able to stand for the shift and to stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb.
• Able to reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide material.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
