Retail Assistant

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $36,000 - $39,000 USD per annum . This role is a unique opportunity to support one of our key clients in the retail sector, acting as a brand ambassador and contributing directly to their in-store success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a passion for retail and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities * Deliver outstanding customer service to all shoppers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.* Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable advice on products.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications * Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as required by the retail schedule.
