As a Facilities Sanitation Technician, you’ll support multiple facilities throughout the area—spanning commercial and industrial settings—so teams can focus on their work in clean, orderly spaces.

Compensation

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule Options

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM

A Day in the Role

After clocking in, you’ll review priorities, gather supplies, and move through assigned areas with purpose. You’ll sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust to keep floors and surfaces spotless. You’ll check restrooms and breakrooms, restock soap and paper products, and ensure common areas are ready for the next wave of activity. Along the way, you’ll follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols, and you’ll note any maintenance or safety concerns for your supervisor so issues are addressed quickly.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor

What You Bring

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
