Customer Service Team Member

As a Customer Experience Lead at our Burlington location, you will be the welcoming face of our store, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service
- Build lasting relationships to encourage customer loyalty
- Address customer questions and concerns with care and confidence
- Lead by example to foster a positive, supportive team environment
- Assist in training and supporting Customer Service Representatives
- Accurately process customer orders and payments using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter area
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is a plus
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service
- Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation
Starting at $16 per hour , based on experience.
