Your Role in Our Mission
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver essential medical care and medication management for mental health and substance abuse clients in our short-term crisis/detox center. Core duties include patient screening, prescription management, and coordinating after-care and referral services. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team, provide guidance to Medical Assistants, and ensure meticulous medical documentation is maintained for a safe and therapeutic environment.

This position follows a 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. schedule, alternating between 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, with rotating weekends.
We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.

Competitive salary: $27-$30/hr. for this full-time position

What We’re Looking For
An active, unrestricted Nursing License to practice in North Carolina (LPN)
A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
Prior mental health experience preferred but not required
